How to Return

Package Your Item: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during shipping.

Ship Your Return: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Inspection & Refund: Once received, your return will be inspected. Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is complete.

Important Information

Personalized Items: Custom jerseys cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Team Changes: We do not accept returns due to player transfers, number changes, or badge updates after printing.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost Returns: Our is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.

To maintain fairness, Our monitors return activity. Excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or misuse of our return policy may result in:

International Returns

Exchange Policy

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest service, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item.

Due to the time required for international shipping, this is the most efficient way to ensure availability of your replacement item.

Resend Policy (For Sizing Issues)

If you need a different size, you only need to pay the applicable shipping fee—no need to return the original item.
